Animal Policies

Not all properties allow pets. You will need to ask if the property you are applying for allows pets. All animals must be spayed or neutered. The animals must be up to date on their rabies vaccination and a copy must be provided for the file. 

We also require photos of pets as a part of your application. You can schedule a time to bring your pet to Cactus Jack Properties to get their photo taken. The animal can remain in the car if you prefer. 

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ANIMAL ON ANY PROPERTY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SERVICE ANIMALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ADA (AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT)
